Hyaluronic Acid is a linear molecula with negative charge and very little interaction with the hair. Combining it with a cationic group, thanks to a highly technological process, a new ingredient was obtained. And it is a real elisir for the hair.
Because of its structure and positive charge it shows a strong affinity with the hair and its film-forming and conditioning properties are amplified. A versatile ingredient, compatible with anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants, it can be easily used in shampoos, masks, conditioners and styling products.
Cationic HA can reduce the irritation of SLS to the skin, and the effect of low-molecular-weight HA is more significant.
Cationic HA helps to enhance the hydration capacity of the skin and scalp, and relieve itching and dandruff caused by dryness. After cleaning with a cleanser and shampoo containing 1% cationic HA, TEWL and skin thickness have been greatly improved. CationHA can protect and improve the barrier function of the skin.
Cationic HA is rich in low molecular weight HA. And its excellent transdermal absorption capacity, super high physiological activity, and ability to repair damaged cells are all very helpful to the supplement of HA.
